Dungeons & Dragons One-Shots

The return of the Sky People came with much bloodshed on Pandora. Many Navi were killed for the human’s conquest and greed. It is for this reason that some tribes, led by the neutral merchants of the T’lalim, decided to unite. This alliance is still young and fragile. But by strengthening the bond between the youths, the Olo’eyktan of the tribes hope they can learn to understand each other.

So they devised the First Rite, a challenge their young have to go through to become adults. They will need to work together and learn from each other to complete the rite, as well as form a connection to their sacred God Eywa. You and your friends have formed a clan from different tribes. You shall pass The First Rite as one, or you all fail. Work together and discover what it means to be Navi.

The First Rite is a one-shot built in the FATE system. It takes place between the second and third AVATAR movie. While you might understand some references to the world as a fan of the movies, you do NOT need prior knowledge to enjoy this one-shot.

You do NOT need to know the rules of FATE to join our table. We will have premade character sheets, but you are free to build your own as well. Just keep in mind that you are a teenage or young adult Navi. You can use the first chapter of the attached FATE rulebook and fillable character sheet to assist in creating your character.

One-Shots
Na groot succes organiseert de Bibliotheek Schiedam, in samenwerking met ervaren Dungeon Masters, opnieuw verschillende One-Shots voor iedereen die geïnteresseerd is. Een One-Shot is een D&D-avontuur dat in één sessie van 2,5 à 3 uur kan worden afgerond. Vanaf nu zullen deze korte avonturen om de maand plaatsvinden, waarbij elke Dungeon Master zijn eigen verhaal host. Jij kiest zelf bij welk avontuur je wilt aansluiten! Bekijk hieronder voor welke One-Shot jij je wilt inschrijven.

Workshops
Naast One-Shots zullen er om de maand ook workshops georganiseerd worden om het spel nóg beter te leren kennen. Hou daarvoor ook onze website in de gaten!
